Dream Acres Double Grounding Sheet

Dream Acres Double Grounding Sheet

Intersport Elverys is proud to announce an exclusive partnership with Mayo-based entrepreneur Con Murphy and his wellness company, DreamAcres, to bring the pioneering concept of grounding to Irish consumers. Together, they are introducing the innovative DreamAcres Grounding Bed Sheet, designed to support better sleep, recovery, and overall well-being, exclusively available at Intersport Elverys.

Dream Acres grounding bed sheets are made from the finest and softest Global Organic Textile Standard certified cotton blended with 168D soft silver conductive fibre thread, manufactured and tested to the highest standards. The conductive silver fibre carries the healing power of the earth’s electrons through the earth outlet in your wall back to the sheet and in turn to your body. This is the natural state your body is designed to be in – connected to the earth in a safe electrical balance that supports optimal homeostasis.

Your sheet is connected via a conductive pad on your grounding sheet using a grounding cord provided which connects to a grounding wall adaptor. This is then plugged into your wall outlet with the grounding pin being the only conductive element connected.

Dream Acres use Forest Alliance Certified cardboard packaging for all of our sheets that aligns with their sustainability ethos and environmentally friendly mission.

Key benefits of Grounding

Enhanced Sleep Quality
Grounding bed sheets help regulate your body’s natural sleep rhythms, leading to deeper, more restorative sleep.

Reduced Inflammation
Connecting with the earth’s electrons can neutralise free radicals, thereby reducing inflammation.

Pain Relief
Alleviation of chronic aches and joint or muscle pain.

Improved Circulation
By promoting better blood flow, grounding helps support cardiovascular health.

Stress Reduction
Grounding is proven to lower stress levels, which contributes to reduced cortisol levels and a calmer state of mind. Stress anxiety are closely linked to inflammation with grounding proven to reduce inflammation in the body there is a direct correlation between the reduction in stress and anxiety through long-term exposure to grounding.

Faster Recovery/Increased performance
Our grounding sheets support the body to restrict the build-up of toxic chemicals such as Urea produced by the liver during the breakdown of proteins during physical activity. These toxic chemicals inhibit physical performance, endurance and recovery and thus restricts your full athletic performance potential. Our grounding sheets help you achieve optimal performance potential through long-term exposure to the body’s most balanced metabolic state when grounded.

Reduction in oxidative stress
Grounding reduces oxidative stress by helping the body to neutralise free radicals. Oxidative stress is a condition where there is an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the body’s ability to neutralise them. Our grounding sheets connect you to the earths free electrons that neutralise and balance these free radicals.
